About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team at an upcoming entertainment-focused bar in Tbilisi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and cultivate a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
** Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, service quality, and efficiency.
** Lead and motivate a team of fewer than 15 staff members.
** Hire, train, and develop bar staff to uphold high standards.
** Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
** Manage inventory, maintain supplier relationships.
** Drive marketing and promotional efforts to increase visibility and attract customers.
** Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
** Lead pre-opening activities: system setup, recruitment, onboarding, and supplier coordination.
** Support menu development, pricing, and periodic updates with ownership.
** Implement and oversee POS and reporting systems;
** Oversee upselling, promotions, and menu marketing to boost revenue.
** Monitor and reduce operational costs;
** Oversee planning and execution of events, including B2B, private, or corporate functions.
Requirements:
** Minimum 3 years of experience in the bar or hospitality industry.
** Previous management experience in a bar or similar establishment is required.
** Knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination.
** Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.
** Marketing knowledge or experience in promotional activities is a plus.
** Interest in and knowledge of games would be a strong advantage.
