Job Title: Restaurant Supevisor
Location: Blue Fox, Old Town, Tbilisi
Facilitate the smooth operation of the shift. Ensure that all our guests are receiving fast, efficient, friendly and professional dining experience. Fully in charge of a shift or section as assigned by the Manager; anticipates guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
** Ensures that all the opening duties are completed, and the restaurant has a clean look before the guest enters, check AM/PM checklist
** Checks all the employees scheduled are on duty. In case of absentees, find proper replacements
** Regularly monitors the service of food and beverages, following the company "Sequence of Service"
** Coordinates with the bar and the kitchen for non-availability of products and inform service staff
** Supports the Management in achieving the sales targets
** Completes time sheets, closing reports and other paperwork accurately
** Handles guest complaints in accordance with the Company policy
** Motivates, trains and handles staff complaints and requests
** Ensures all closing duties are completed and the restaurant is ready for the next shift
** Analyzes business trends, looks to always improve the business
** Behaves as an ambassador of the restaurant
** Maintains a professional, safe and hygienic appearance on duty
** Any other adhoc duties as directed by the Management
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
** Strong communication skills.
** Knowledge of Georgian cuisine and hospitality trends.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Passion for creating a memorable guest experience.
