Are you an organized and tech-savvy leader who thrives on delivering high-impact software projects? We`re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our growing team and lead our development initiatives from concept to completion.
What You`ll Do:
** Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects across multiple teams
** Coordinate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure project alignment and clarity
** Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time, high-quality results
** Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving
** Monitor project progress and generate status reports for stakeholders
** Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
What We`re Looking For:
** 3+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects
** Strong organizational and leadership skills
** Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
** Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
** Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
** English fluency—both written and verbal
