Flat Rock Technology is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Media Buyer.
Main responsibilities:
** Develop and implement media buying strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, and programmatic DSPs
** Research and identify target audiences to enhance campaign performance
** Negotiate rates and terms with publishers, networks, and vendors
** Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing in real-time to achieve goals
** Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align media plans with objectives
** Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
** Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and tools to enhance campaign outcomes
** Manage and allocate budgets across multiple campaigns effectively
Requirements:
** 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer, Traffic Acquisition Manager, or similar role in digital marketing or advertising
** Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or DSPs
** Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
** Experience with tools like Google Analytics and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
** Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
** Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
** High attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional results
** Fluent in English, both written and spoken
