Main responsibilities:

** Conduct research to identify potential prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry directories, and cold outreach.
** Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by engaging with outbound prospects.
** Utilize tools like CRM platforms, email automation, and data analytics tools to optimize prospecting efforts.
** Craft compelling messages and scripts tailored to specific industries, company types, or personas.
** Schedule meetings with qualified leads and hand them off to account executives or senior sales representatives.
** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and progress within the CRM system.

Requirements:

** Excellent English - both verbal and written
** Previous experience in prospecting at least 1 year
** Ability to work directly with clients
** Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
** B2B Sales Experience
