Vacancy announcement: Architect
Duties:
** Develop preliminary design studies
** Contribute to architectural concept creation
** Develop detailed BIM models using Revit, fully aligned with the architectural concept
** Coordinate with visualization artists to ensure visualizations precisely align with the architectural concept
** Communication with relevant authorities to obtain construction permits
** Select materials, finishes, and products to support the architectural concept
** Create construction documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
** Revit - perfect knowledge
** Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Salary: Fixed salary + Bonus system (2500 ₾ - 3500 ₾)
Working hours: Mon - Fri; 09:00 - 18:00
I Phase - Interview the candidates.
II Phase - Test project
Candidates will undergo a compensated trial period
