Currently open position: services/admin assistant

We offer:

** Working type: Part-time
** Working days: Monday-Friday
** Working Hours: 20 hours/week
** Monthly salary: $600

Responsibilities:

** Answering calls
** Take messages
** Take detail notes and documents
** Communication Management: Email, Social Media, SMS, and Portal Msg
** Patient service (Customer Service) and management
** Be familiar with our services and products
** Navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently
** Prepare for daily meeting
** Prepare reports
** Check-in and -out patients remotely
** Patient Coordination and Management
** Scheduling appointments
** Follow-up calls
** Documentations (require detailed orientedness and precision)
** Manage health maintenance process
** Review provider schedules for chart preparation including labs, necessary documents, ancillary reports, supplies, or any other documents needed
** Obtain pre-approval from insurance companies for prescriptions, ancillary services, and as needed procedures
** Assist and/or cover other areas of operations when other employees (s) are absent
** Attends required meetings and training
** Assist inventory management & report
** Assist the management with research and create reports
** Research and prepare report - Marketing and Medical Related
** Reporting
** Other duties as needed

Though this is a remote work position, a presence in front of a video conference is required at all times to appear in a white shirt with a collar.

Requirements:

** Bachelor degree in Medical field;
** Experience in Patient Service (Customer Service) will be advantage;
** English communication skills (C1 level);

To be able to work on this position you will need:

** A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties)
** Access to internet
