We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead and optimize our customer relationship management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and lifecycle management, with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth within the online gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

** CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, tailored to the online casino environment.
** Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns to engage and retain players. This includes email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and personalized offers.
** Customer Segmentation: Analyze player behavior and segment the customer base to ensure targeted communications, personalized offers, and relevant promotions.
** Customer Retention & Loyalty: Drive retention and loyalty programs, such as VIP management, rewards, and bonuses, to ensure players are satisfied and returning.
** Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align CRM campaigns with broader business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
** Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key CRM performance metrics (e.g., churn rates, conversion rates, player activity) and generate regular reports. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
** A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for CRM campaigns and initiatives to optimize performance and user engagement.
** Compliance & Responsible Gaming: Ensure all CRM activities align with regulatory standards and responsible gaming practices, particularly in terms of responsible marketing and player protection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

** Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of CRM management experience, preferably within the online gaming, casino, or iGaming industry.
** CRM Software Expertise: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or iGaming-specific CRM tools like Fast Track, Bluebird, etc.).
** Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns for better performance.
** Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft personalized, engaging messaging that resonates with different player segments.
** Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
** Player-Centric: A deep understanding of the needs and behavior of online casino players, with a focus on creating compelling experiences and driving long-term loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications:

** Knowledge of online gaming regulations and compliance standards.
** Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
** Experience with either FastTrack or SQL to support data-driven decision-making and system integrations.
** Experience in a leadership or team management role.
** Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
** Familiarity with gamification techniques and player engagement strategies in an online casino setting.
