We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team to manage the Agile processes for our development teams and coordinating tasks across various departments using Monday.com. You will be responsible for facilitating collaboration, ensuring smooth project workflows, and supporting teams in achieving their objectives while adhering to Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
** Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure the development team is following Agile best practices.
** Manage Cross-Departmental Tasks: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of tasks and communications using Monday.com.
** Track Project Progress: Utilize Monday.com to monitor project timelines, manage backlogs, and ensure all tasks are on track and aligned with overall project goals.
** Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles preventing the team from achieving sprint goals, acting as a liaison between teams and external stakeholders.
** Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear understanding and communication of business requirements and priorities.
** Continuous Improvement: Promote and facilitate continuous improvement in Agile processes, driving efficiencies and better team performance.
** Reporting: Provide regular updates on sprint progress, team performance, and project timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a tech-focused environment (experience in the online gambling or gaming industry is a plus).
** Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
** Proficiency in project management tools, especially Monday.com, to track progress and manage tasks.
** Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
** Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remove impediments that hinder project progress.
** Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is highly preferred.
** Experience in the online gambling or gaming industry is a plus, but not required.
