As a Community Associate, you`ll be contributing to the growth and success of your customers, helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity. You`ll be a daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience
Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
Responsibilities:
** Responsible for the day to day running of the centre
** Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
** Handle and resolve customers complaints
** Provide pricing and delivery information
** Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
** Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
** Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications:
** Higher education in hospitality management will be an asset
** Proficient in Microsoft office
** Knowledge of English language fluently is a must
** Excellent communication skills
** Good planning and organizational skills
** Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
** Interpersonal skills
** Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
** Attention to details and accuracy
** Initiative and enthusiasm
