We are looking for an experienced IT Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues and assisting with the management of the service board as needed.
Responsibilities:
** Address and resolve challenging support tickets.
** Tackle system engineering-related issues.
** Assist in managing the service board when required.
Requirements:
** Availability to work Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
** Office 365 and Azure
** Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
** Strong English and communication skills.
** Email - send/receive troubleshooting
** Strong troubleshooting skills in windows and office apps, build and manage servers, domain controllers, AD, etc
** Vmware, Hyper v
** Meraki (or other routers)
** Quickbooks
** Network troubleshooting skills
Would be a plus:
** Experience with managing, configuring and -troubleshooting backup systems
** Anti-virus and web filter concepts
** Web hosting and dns experience
** Some powershell experience
** Asterisk (or other pbx management experience), SIP phones
