Job Brief Description: Senior Corporate Sales Manager

The Senior Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company`s corporate sales operations. This role requires developing sales strategies, maintaining and building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the company meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive the sales department`s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

** Create and implement effective sales strategies aimed at acquiring new corporate clients and growing relationships with existing clients.
** Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
** Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and performance to the management.
** Identify new corporate business opportunities and industries for expansion, creating targeted plans to increase revenue.
** Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
** Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
** Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies as needed.
** Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients.
** Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, addressing issues and providing solutions to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

** Education: Bachelor`s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master`s preferred).
** Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably with a track record of managing high-level clients and sales teams. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
** Strong leadership and team management abilities.
** Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
** Solid understanding of sales principles and market dynamics.
** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
** Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
