Job Description:
We are looking for two reliable and customer-focused cashiers to join our team at Eatblu, a vibrant new restaurant in Vake offering delicious street food. The cashiers will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
** Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders.
** Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, or online payments accurately.
** Process orders quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
** Keep the counter and cashier area clean and organized.
** Manage receipts and reconcile daily sales.
** Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
** Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless workflow.
Requirements:
** Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus.
** Basic math and computer skills.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
** Fluency in Georgian; English is an advantage.
** Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
