Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cluster Sales Manager specializing in MICE & Leisure to join our team. This role requires an individual with exceptional sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and secure new business opportunities in the MICE and Leisure markets.
Establish strong relationships with existing clients and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
** Negotiate contracts and collaborate with other departments (operations, event coordination, and catering) to ensure smooth execution of events and leisure activities.
** Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients and stakeholders.
** Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events to promote the brand and develop business relationships.
Qualifications:
** Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
** Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
** In-depth knowledge of the MICE & Leisure market and industry trends.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
