We are looking for an experienced IT Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues and assisting with the management of the service board as needed.
Responsibilities:
** Address and resolve challenging support tickets.
** Tackle system engineering-related issues.
** Assist in managing the service board when required.
Requirements:
** Strong understanding of network infrastructure.
** Expertise in Microsoft 365 systems.
** Proficiency with Azure cloud services.
** Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
** Strong English and communication skills.
** Availability to work Monday- Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
Key Skills:
** Independent and self-motivated.
** Highly skilled and organized.
** Confident in handling challenging technical issues.
** Proven MSP experience.
