About the Role:

Episode Hotels is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Events Specialist to Cultivate enduring and robust relationships with pivotal clients and strategic partners. Your strong leadership and attention to detail will be instrumental in managing the team and enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

** Managing the sales process from start to finish, including booking events, entering data into a computer system, and collecting payment from clients
** Building long-term relationships with customers to increase sales.
** Making proactive sales calls, scheduling meetings and conducting systematic negotiations with potential customers.
** Engaging with marketing activities and providing necessary information.
** Negotiating contracts with vendors and sponsors on behalf of the organization
** Monthly monitoring of accounts/payments of the partner companies.
** Coordination of accepted groups and events.
** Reporting to the manager.

Essential requirements:

** Great communication skills
** Ability to work in reservation software
** A well-rounded knowledge of the inner workings of the hotel
