As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Quality Monitoring Manager to maintain high standards of customer interactions, optimize sales performance, and ensure the effectiveness of our support team.

Job Type: Full-Time, Shifts
Salary: 2000 GEL NET
Responsibilities:
** Evaluate and assess customer interactions across live chat and email for quality assurance.
** Monitor and analyze customer support and sales interactions to identify performance gaps.
** Provide structured feedback to agents to enhance service quality and compliance.
** Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and service-level agreements.
** Identify training needs based on performance trends and implement improvement strategies.
** Prepare and analyze quality monitoring reports to drive data-driven decisions.
** Review sales data and account activity to assess upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
** Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience, optimize sales performance, and maintain high engagement levels.
** Liaise with the call center and account management teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
** Experience in quality assurance, customer support, or sales monitoring.
** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
** Proficiency in English with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
** Attention to detail and a keen ability to identify areas for improvement.
** Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
** Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
** Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving high-quality standards.
