As TBSC responds to market trends, we plan to expand our focus on private sector consulting, including market entry and expansion and performance improvement services. At the same time, policy research and analysis remain a core part of our work.
At this moment we wish to add one or more Senior Consultants to our staff. The ideal candidates would have experience in private-sector consulting and donor-funded projects. Recent experience as senior staff in a donor-funded project would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead projects in business, policy and economic development areas
** Expand our client base
** Develop successful proposals for both business and donor-funded projects
** Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality business and policy reports in English and Georgian.
Required Qualifications And Experience:
** At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business advisory services, policy research or support these areas from the side of a donor project
** Proven experience and a record of achievement
** Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
** Excellent communication and presentation abilities
** Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks with high attention to detail.
