Evolvexe is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work on an international project.
A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing information on products and services, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. To excel in this role, the CSR must remain calm and professional in all situations and possess strong computer skills. Evolvexe will provide the necessary equipment (if needed) and training to help selected CSRs adapt to the specific requirements of the job. The CSR will primarily work from home.
Responsibilities:
** Processing written customer inquiries;
** Providing comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries;
** Maintaining customer and transaction data;
** Communicating with the Supervisor, providing updates and receiving feedback.
Requirements:
** Proficiency in both spoken and written German;
** Strong computer skills and excellent typing abilities;
** Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night hours and weekends.
