Company NABU - the official representative world-famous premium fashion designer brands in Georgia, announces a vacancy for the position of Fashion Advisor/Visual Merchandiser.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly creative, motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fashion Advisor/Visual Merchandiser.

Fashion Advisor/Visual Merchandiser Duties & Responsibilities:
** Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;
** Listen to a client`s fashion goals and develop a plan and help them reach those goals;
** Recommend specific outfits, accessories, and other fashion items to clients based on client`s preferences, personal style, body type, lifestyle and price range and ensure that the pieces and outfits you select fit them;
** Keep yourself up to date on the latest trends in fashion. Market Trend Analysis: Staying up-to-date with the fashion brands and last trends, colors, fabrics, and styles;
** Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs;
** Analyze sales data and market trends to develop buying strategies That will appeal to target audience;
** Training store staff in garment or product presentation;
** Participate in the creation of visual content for the website and social networks. Create looks for advertising photos and video shoots;
** Planning and realizing Visual set-up according to the brand guidelines and Retail feedback;
** Analyze and monitoring of the traffic and sales in boutique and propose the proper product rotation.
Fashion Adviser/Visual Merchandiser Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in fashion, or visual/fashion merchandising or similar relevant field;
** English proficiency C1/B1;
** Previous experience in the fashion industry as a visual merchandiser or similar role;
** Excellent communication and customer service skills;
** To remain up-to-date on the latest trends in the fashion industry.
