We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager for Atlassian Marketplace Apps to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
Twinit is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem to lead the marketing efforts for our Atlassian Marketplace apps. This role will focus on driving app adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns, customer insights, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development
** Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Twinit`s Atlassian Marketplace apps.
** Define marketing goals aligned with business objectives, including app downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth.
Marketplace Presence
** Optimize app listings on the Atlassian Marketplace with engaging descriptions, visuals, and customer reviews.
** Monitor app analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve listings.
SEO Optimization
** Optimize app listings on the Atlassian Marketplace for search visibility, using targeted keywords and metadata.
** Implement SEO best practices for all digital content, including blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials.
** Monitor search rankings and identify opportunities to enhance organic traffic.
Content Creation and Campaign Management
** Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and in-app notifications.
** Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars tailored to the Atlassian community.
Customer Engagement and Retention
** Build and manage customer communication strategies, including onboarding, feature updates, and promotions.
** Foster a community of loyal app users through forums, surveys, and feedback loops.
Partnerships and Collaboration
** Collaborate with Twinit`s product team to align marketing efforts with app development and feature releases.
** Identify opportunities for partnerships within the Atlassian ecosystem to expand app visibility.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
** Analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, user acquisition costs, and app retention rates.
** Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
** Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS or the Atlassian ecosystem.
** Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and the Atlassian Marketplace.
** Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize campaigns.
** Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
** Experience with Atlassian Marketplace app marketing.
** Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their relevance to Atlassian tools.
** Prior experience in SaaS marketing or technical product marketing.
Skills:
** Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
** Exceptional content creation and copywriting abilities.
** Strong project management and organizational skills.
