We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development of the Bang & Olufsen brand and attract customers through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Your Role:
** Host Events: Plan and execute in-store events to attract and retain VIP clients.
** Manage Social Media: Develop engaging content and manage the store`s social media presence.
** Build Partnerships: Collaborate with premium brands, art institutions, and cultural representatives on joint projects.
** Design Campaigns: Create personalized offers and marketing campaigns tailored to the premium segment.
** Analyze Performance: Collect data on campaign and event effectiveness, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
** Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
** Stay Trend-Focused: Monitor trends in luxury marketing and implement modern, innovative approaches.
We`re Looking For:
** Experience in marketing, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
** Proven skills in event organization and partnership development.
** Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
** A creative mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively.
** Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 19:00
Salary: Fix. 3350 Gel (net) + MBO Bonus 3350 Gel (net) Quarterly
