Our company is a dynamic legal firm based in Georgia, offering a wide range of legal services to both local and international clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team.
Position: Lawyer
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide legal consultation and support on a variety of cases, including corporate, commercial, tax, and labor law matters.
** Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
** Represent clients in court or other legal proceedings, as required.
** Conduct legal research and stay updated on Georgian and international legal developments.
** Assist with compliance and regulatory matters.
** Collaborate with the team to develop legal strategies and solutions tailored to clients` needs.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in law (Master`s degree is a plus).
** Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
** Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory (both spoken and written).
** Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Ability to work independently and in a team.
** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
** Experience working with international clients or in a multinational environment.
** Prior experience in corporate law, tax law, or litigation.
** Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
