Time: Full time (09:00-18:00)
Salary: 2000-2500 GEL

Your job:

** serve as a strategic partner to business units within the fertilizer plant, overseeing all aspects of HR operations.
** Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet organizational needs.
** Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee development and ensure alignment with business goals.
** Develop and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
** Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance overall morale and productivity.
** Manage industrial relations, including addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
** Oversee the maintenance and utilization of Management Information Systems (MIS) to track and analyze HR data for informed decision-making.
** Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for employee concerns and promoting effective communication.
** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive business success.
** Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the fertilizer plant`s workforce.
** Continuously monitor and evaluate HR programs and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance HR effectiveness.
** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, incorporating innovative approaches to address evolving workforce challenges.
** Represent the HR function in cross-functional meetings and plant leadership discussions, advocating for HR priorities and initiatives to drive business success.
** Perform other tasks determined by the supervisor, related to the nature of the work of the employee

Qualifications:

** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
** At least 2 years of experience in an HR role
** Strong knowledge of HR processes
** Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
** English B2
** strong knowledge of Excel is must
