Trendi.ge - is looking for an experienced client acquisition specialist, who will oversee media acquisition efforts of our firm. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with a deep understanding of customer life-cycles, digital toosl, user experience and media acquisition tools. The specialist will work with various different DPSs to coordinate campaigns and will spearhead the company`s efforts of optimizing CAC and ROI. They will be responsible for coordinating design team`s efforts, along with the development team, to produce new landing pages, content and flows revelant to the business chalanges of different clients/brands.

Salary: 5000 GEL + Bonus
Key responsibilities:
** Manage advertising accounts and multi-account management systems (Adspower, Dolphin, etc)
** Manage cross-platform campaigns (Meta, Google, Outbrain, Email, Organic, etc)
** Oversee and manage website tags, SDKs, and other integrations (Pixels, Tag manager, event manager, MS clarity, etc)
** Oversee the implementation of UTM testing, TAGs, events
** Manage our tracking system and ensure implemented tarcking parameters are in accordance to platform documentation (Binom)
** Build dashboards and automate reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Data Studio for performance reporting
** Coordinate with designers to prepare social media calendar and SMP
** Implement SOP-s for reporting, task delivery and campaign management
** Apply real-time optimizations based on metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and LTV across various algorithmic DSPs
** Extract, clean, and analyze data from advertising platforms, CRM systems, and third-party tools
** Work with governmental census data and data mining services to create comprehensive reports aimed at improving ad targeting and segmenation
** Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, ad structures, funnels, landing pages and sales flows
** Stay updated on algorithm changes and feature updates (e.g., GA4 event modeling, Meta Advantage+ Campaigns)
** Troubleshoot platform issues such as disapproved ads, incorrect tracking, or API discrepancies
** Set up and refine automated and manual bidding strategies (e.g., tROAS, Maximize Conversions) based on campaign goals
** Manage creative rotations and versioning to avoid audience fatigue
Required:

** Minimum 3 years of experience working with algorithmic DSPs (Meta, Google, Outbrain or any other)
** Impeccable knowledge of English (written)
** Experience working with tracking softwares (Binom, Voluum, Keitaro, etc)
** Deep understanding of current advertising trends and best practices for algorithmic ad optimization
** Advanced experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Excel or Data Studio
** Solid understanding of tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager) and event setup tools (Meta Event Manager, MS Clarity)
** Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and LTV and strategies that can impact them
** Strong data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) or SQL
** Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues, such as ad disapprovals, tracking discrepancies, or API errors
** Knowledge of automated and manual bidding strategies for campaign performance (e.g., Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions)

Qualifications listed below are not absolute requirements but will have considerable impact on our decision.
** Experience with Cloaking for Google and Meta ads
** Experience working with affiliate offers
** Experience working with multi-account management tools
** Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics, Tableau)
** Experience with programmatic DSPs` advanced attribution tools (Conversion API, Webhooks, Postbacks etc)
** Familiarity with email marketing platforms and organic social media growth strategies
** Knowledge of basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP)
** Experience designing and maintaining dashboards to visualize campaign performance in real time.
** Proven track record in conducting A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages.
