This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to leverage their expertise in real estate and sales to foster strong client relationships and drive exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market and have the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Necessary requirements:

** Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Persian (Farsi), is required.
** At least 2 years of experience of working as sales executive in Real estate field.

Key Responsibilities:

** Sales Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to close high-value property sales.
** Client Relations: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized advice, market insights, and tailored property solutions.
** Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance and comprehensive information to clients about available properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
** Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.
** Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring real estate trends and ensuring knowledge of the latest properties and developments.
** Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
** Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive property presentations and handle negotiations to secure the best outcomes for both clients and the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

** Proven track record in sales (In real estate field) with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
** Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients.
** In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property regulations.
** Ability to understand and address client needs, offering tailored solutions that create value.
** Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement.
** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
** A customer-centric mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Salary and Benefits: 1500 GEL per month.
