Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project LLC is announcing an opening Long-term position for the Grants Coordinator for the USAID Middle Corridor Transportation and Logistics Program.

Position objective is to support the Employee`s supervisor and Program team members in the successful implementation of all aspects of the Project`s Work Plan.

The selected candidate shall start on or about February 17, 2025.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The Employee shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned from the background to accomplish the following tasks:

** Participate in overall grant award process.
** Monitor individual grantee activity budgets, review and approve grantee financial reports, prepare quarterly accruals, tracks budget spending.
** Collaborate with grantees to provide project management support, train on USAID rules and regulations and data collection where applicable.
** Organize and maintain all project documents and files related to grant process and individual grantee activities.
** Assist Grants Manager in development of application forms, in preparation and issuance of APS, Calls for Concept Papers and RFAs. This includes accepting and reviewing responses.
** Assist Grants Manager in collecting information for and drafting USAID approval requests on grants recommended for funding.
** Assist Grants Manager in the proposal review panel for the selection of grant recipients to ensure that they meet program objectives and comply with USAID regulations.
** Assist Grants Manager to develop clear recommendations for grant management based on site visits to project sites, program results to date, project implementation challenges and grantee inputs.
** Assist Grants Manager in ensuring that individual project budgets and work plans adhere to stated targets including
** Assist Grants Manager in ensuring smooth implementation, reporting, and tracking of the individual projects.
** Asist Grants Manager in close-out process for the grant agreements/projects.
** Conduct all above activities in the Grants Management Portal Fluxx.
** Support Component Leads in all reporting activities and perform all other duties assigned by the Lead and/or COP.

Qualifications/Skills:

** At least 3 years of the working experience in financial management of grants and/or subcontracts for U.S. Government-funded projects will be asset.
** Knowledge of auditing policies and procedures.
** Budgeting and accounting experience.
** University degree in Economics, Finances, Business Administration, or related field.
** The ability to develop relations with partner organizations and other external bodies.
** Excellent communication and writing skills, both written and verbal (English and Georgian).
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
