World Vision International in Georgia is pleased to announce a Selection of service provider for assignment: Baseline Assessment for the project: Outsourcing Social Services in Georgia - strong CSOs for Quality Services.
World Vision Georgia (WVG) is a humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
WVG is inviting qualified service providers to conduct the assignment - Baseline Assessment for the project: "Outsourcing Social Services in Georgia - strong CSOs for Quality Services".
The purpose of the Baseline Assessment is to measure the initial values of the outcome level indicators and set the baseline, which will be reassessed in the frame of the final evaluation to demonstrate the progress, achievements and the gaps.
We welcome proposals from companies and individual service providers with relevant experience and qualifications. Qualified providers offering competitive pricing will be given due consideration for this assignment.
All interested individuals and companies should send their expression of Interests to Geoo_tender@wvi.org or rati_gvelesiani@wvi.org to receive access to the full package of documentation. The request e-mail should contain (i) the name of the company/individual, (ii) name, e-mail and phone number of the contact person. Please indicate the title of selection - "Baseline Assessment" in the subject line of the e-mail. The deadline for expressing the interest is January 24, 2025, 16:00.

The document submission and selection will be done through the electronic procurement system of the World Vision (Provision/Coupa). No submissions are allowed outside the system. Deadline for submission of documentation is January 27, 2025, 16:00. Submission after the deadline will not be considered.
