MAJID AL FUTTAIM HYPERMARKETS GEORGIA offers the unique opportunity for employment and career development by opening the vacancy for the position of Learning & Development Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
** Plan, develop and conduct training and development programs for all level employees (classroom and video);
** Plan and follow up development activities on monthly basis;
** Monitor pool of internal trainers, plan and follow up training schedule;
** Develop and organize training manuals and other educational materials;
** Develop testing and evaluation procedures for the effectiveness of trainings;
** Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement;
** Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs;
** Communicate with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors;
** Recommend training and development plans ensuring alignment to business objectives.
** Manage an ongoing relationship with the external training providers;
** Take action based on results of the analysis of quality and effectiveness of the training programs;
** Participate in the development and launch of induction program for the new joiners, to provide them with information about the;
** Organization and MAF Retail policy and procedures;
** Manage orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires when required.
Requirements:
** High Education;
** Experience in developing and conducting trainings and workshops;
** Experience in facilitating workshops;
** Fluent knowledge of English Language.
