Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing visually appealing designs across various platforms, including print and social media, as well as creating impactful brand visuals and identities.
Responsibilities:
** Design and produce various print materials, ensuring they align with the brand`s identity and communication goals.
** Create visually compelling social media designs to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
** Develop brand visuals and identities for new and existing properties, reflecting the unique character of each venue.
** Work on print production materials, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality output.
Requirements:
** Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print, social media, and brand identity work.
** Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
** Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
** Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
** A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
** Familiarity with print production processes and best practices is a plus.
Hiring Process:

** Task - Shortlisted candidates will be given a design task to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
** Presentation - Candidates who successfully complete the task will present their work and ideas to the hiring team.
