Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our team. He/she will be responsible for obtaining customers through cold calling, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 17:00-02:00
Work Days: Monday-Friday
Salary: 2, 500 - 6, 000 GEL
Responsibilities:
** Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
** obtaining new client base through cold-calling
** Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
** Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
** Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies
** Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
** Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements and skills:
** Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
** Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate team members
** Proficient in business development strategies and techniques
** Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
** Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand complex products/services
** Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
** Language proficiency in English: C1 and above
