Your Responsibilities:
** Drafting and analyzing corporate documents (contracts, agreements, internal policies).
** Providing legal advice on corporate law and regulations.
** Participating in negotiations with clients and partners.
** Monitoring legislative changes and adapting company processes to meet new requirements.
** Ensuring the company complies with legal standards and internal governance policies.
** Handling client claims and negative reviews professionally to mitigate risks and maintain a positive reputation.
** Developing strategies for reputation management and corporate compliance.
** Implementing and monitoring security measures for compliance documents and sensitive corporate information.
** Additional responsibilities associated with the role and the company`s operations.
What We Expect from You:
** At least 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
** of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
** Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations like handling claims or addressing reputational risks.
** Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
** Ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
** Proficiency in English at a high level (minimum B2).
