** Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including setting milestones, defining deliverables, and tracking progress.
** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively.
** Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless execution of project workflows.
** Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
** Maintain a balance between strategic oversight and attention to detail in all project phases.
Requirements:
** Proven experience in project management, preferably in the tech or startup industry.
** Expertise in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, and other project management platforms.
** Certifications such as Agile, CAPM, PMP, or other relevant credentials.
** Strong ability to see the big picture while maintaining a meticulous focus on details.
** Excellent portfolio management and organizational skills.
** Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
** Ability to navigate and manage complex projects with strategic insight and adaptability.
** Passion for startups and the tech industry, eager to contribute to the company`s growth.
Languages:
** Native Georgian speaker.
** Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).
