Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday-Friday 17:00-02:00, Saturday 17:00-00:00
Salary: 2500-4000 GEL based on performance
Responsibilities:
** Learn dispatch operations and educate dispatchers
** Formulate business strategy with the executive team
** Design policies that align with overall transportation strategy
** Implement efficient processes and standards
** Coordinate customer service operations
** Ensure compliance with local Regulations
** Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
** Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
** Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
** Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to upper management
** Finding cargo from Load board in the US;
** Carry on negotiations with intermediary companies.
** Communications with brokers, dealership, and with people who are responsible for cargo
** Receiving orders (from relevant Load board, by phone, e-mail);
** Preparation of necessary documentation;
** Cargo control and organization of the shipping process.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration
** 3+ years of leadership and management experience
** 2+ years of experience in Operations Management
** Experience in business processes optimization would be an advantage
** Experience in dispatching would be an advantage
** Strong leadership, effective communication and problem-solving skills
