As we expand, we are seeking smart, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining relationships with our valued customers who engage with our games.
Location: 7a Besarion Jghenti St
Reports to: Team Lead
Job Type: Full-Time, Shifts
Salary: 1200 GEL NET, supplemented with bonuses
Benefits: Fitpass, Heath Insurance
Responsibilities:
** Initiate chats with customers to promote and sell our products.
** Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and resolving issues.
** Create, manage, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
** Ensure a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.
** Address customer inquiries and provide information about product promotions and offerings.
** Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support and follow-up.
** Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
** Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
** Proficiency in English is essential
** Out-of-the-box thinking and analytical mindset
** Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
** Sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets
** Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
** Ability to identify and analyze user behavior patterns for strategic decision-making
