Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating interest in our products/services, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in telesales.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

** Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases.
** Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
** Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
** Overcome objections and address customer inquiries.
** Schedule appointments and follow-up with potential customers.

Sales & Closing:

** Present product/service information and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
** Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
** Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Data Management & Reporting:

** Accurately track and record all sales activities in the CRM system.
** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
** Provide regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

Qualifications:

** Proven experience in outbound telesales, preferably in a [relevant industry].
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
** Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers.
** Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
** Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

** Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
** Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
