Glamping Tago is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Couple to Manage Glamping Tago.

Who Are We Looking For?
Yep, we`re specifically looking for a couple to manage Glamping Tago. Why? It`s simple—being remote, we know it`s better when you have the person you trust most by your side. We`ve seen first-hand how couples make the best team here, sharing both the responsibility and the rewards of running our unique glamping. If you`re a couple excited about living and working in nature and ready for a new adventure, this might be exactly what you`ve been searching for.
One of you will take on the role of Glamping Manager, while the other will be our Receptionist. Together, you`ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Glamping, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Plus, with accommodation and food provided, you`ll have the chance to save most of your earnings while enjoying a unique lifestyle in the mountains.

We`re looking for a couple to join us starting at the opening of the new season, March 2025
Responsibilities:
For the Glamping Manager:
** Create and maintain the perfect atmosphere for guests
** Oversee smooth operations for events and retreats (yoga, weddings, etc.)
** Build relationships with retreat organizers and event leaders
** Manage on-site B2B sales for retreats and group bookings
** Train and manage on-site staff, especially receptionists
** Lead team meetings and training sessions
** Oversee cost management and product purchasing
** Handle payments, salaries, and general administration
For the Receptionist:
** Welcome guests and manage the check-in/check-out process
** Ensure guests have all the information they need for an amazing stay
** Assist in organizing group events and retreats
** Help create a warm and social environment, where guests feel at home
** Manage bookings, answer guest inquiries, and coordinate with the manager on daily operations
** Handling drink sales and taking orders from guests
Working Hours:
** The Manager works 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
** The Receptionist works 15 days a month, with 14-hour shifts (you`ll have plenty of free time to explore the mountains on your days off!)
Requirements:
** Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English (for at least one partner)
** Strong organizational and people skills
** A good network in Adjara is a plus but not necessary
** Willingness to live on-site and embrace the glamping lifestyle
** No other job commitments - this is a full-time commitment for both of you
For us, motivation is more important than qualifications. We`ve seen people come here without all the right skills but grow into the role because of their drive and passion. So, even if you don`t meet every requirement, don`t be afraid to apply!

** Combined salary of 4, 000 to 5, 000 GEL for both roles
