We have been working since 2006 and help clients make their business more predictable and profitable. We have representative offices in 11 countries in Eastern Europe and Asia.

We are currently looking for a Brand (Sales) Manager (HPE). We need an experienced, independent and proactive colleague who will make our team even stronger!

What tasks will you be working on:

** working with the vendor (registering projects, tracking implementation statuses, placing orders, tracking delivery dates and submitting reports on planned sales, meeting competency requirements);
** brand development (preparing and sending out promotional programs, coordinating and monitoring the use of DEMO equipment by partners, participating in planning, organizing and conducting marketing events);
** developing the HPE sales channel in Georgia (searching for new partners, building relationships with existing ones);
** conducting negotiations, defining and forming partners` needs. Assistance in drafting technical specifications for partners;
** conducting product pricing (issuing prices for projects, monitoring marginality);
** preparing and issuing commercial offers, financial terms, monitoring payments;
** supporting the sales and delivery process at all stages;
** budgeting (planning sales volumes for the upcoming quarter), monitoring KPI;
** working in the company`s accounting systems (placing orders in the company`s AX accounting system, monitoring projects and maintaining a pipe-line in CRM);
** warehouse control (promoting warehouse sales, selling off illiquid assets, monitoring warehouse turnover);
** creating partners and managing partner records in systems (AX, CRM);
** monitoring the market, identifying key projects and opportunities for the company to participate in them;
** monitoring and analyzing competitors` activities;
** promptly responding to crisis and non-standard situations.

It is important for us:

** experience in selling IT equipment (experience in selling electrical equipment is preferable);
** business correspondence;
** conversational knowledge of English and Russian;
** outstanding communication skills;
** be aware of the latest trends and best marketing practices;
** experience working in a Partner Company, distributor, vendor.
