Are you a passionate culinary leader with a flair for exceptional dining experiences? We`re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to shape the future of dining at our iconic hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from menu development and staff management to guest satisfaction and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:
** Assist Restaurant Manager to coordinate daily Restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
** Supervise and motivate the culinary team to achieve operational goals.
** Deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring impeccable service and culinary delights.
** Drive revenue and profitability through effective marketing strategies and cost control.
** Adapts readily to changes and effectively resolves challenges.
** Trains service staff deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications and Experience:
** Proven experience as a Restaurant Coordinator or Supervisor or similar role in a high-end establishment.
** Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
** Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
** In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
** Knowledge of English Language.
