Are you a passionate culinary leader with a flair for exceptional dining experiences? We`re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to shape future of dining at our iconic hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from menu development and staff management to guest satisfaction and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead, inspire, and motivate a dedicated team of culinary professionals.
** Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
** Deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring impeccable service and culinary delights.
** Drive revenue and profitability through effective marketing strategies and cost control.
** Adapts readily to changes and effectively resolves challenges.
** Trains service staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
