"Element Construction" is looking for Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia HQ (Sofrom Mgaloblishvili Str. #13) Site (Chavchavadze #64)
Responsibilities:
** Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, andoverhead costs;
** Analyze cost data and current market conditions to accurately estimate costs and identify cost‐saving opportunities;
** Collaborate in the preparation of the master schedule for the project, integrating cost estimates and resource planning toensure alignment with project milestones and timelines;
** Develop and manage material flow charts to optimize the flow of materials throughout the project lifecycle, ensuringefficient utilization and minimizing waste;
** Monitor project budgets closely, preparing and submitting variation orders as necessary to accommodate changes in scopeor unforeseen circumstances, and implementing adjustments in the Bill of Quantities;
** Conduct detailed cost analysis of site activities to identify cost‐saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetaryconstraints, implementing effective cost control measures to optimize project profitability;
** Participate in the selection process of subcontractors and suppliers for projects, evaluating proposals and reviewingsubcontractors` invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications;
** Maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all works, including quantity surveying, purchase orders, andcorrespondence with stakeholders, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely issuance and accuracy ofdocumentation;
** Engage in effective correspondence with the Employer and other stakeholders as necessary, including letters, Requests forInformation (RFIs), Variation Orders (VOs), and other communications to address project‐related queries and issuespromptly;
** Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in all cost estimating and management activities.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or related field;
** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
** Fluency in English language;
** Advanced user of MS Project and MS Excel;
** Knowledge of Autodesk Autocad, Revit, and Archicad is preferred;

** Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Working Conditions:
** working hours: full time;
** Salary: 4500 - 5000 GEL (Net).
