This role is perfect for someone with strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, who`s excited to drive impactful projects and contribute to sustainable change.
Responsibilities:
** Develop scalable applications: Lead full-stack development, designing and building applications and services with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS.
** API Development: Design and maintain robust APIs to support our core product offerings.
** Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices in code quality and technical standards.
** Architectural Decision-Making: Lead discussions on architectural choices to ensure scalability, security, and performance across systems.
** Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to align goals and deliver impactful features.
** CI/CD & Testing: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks for high-quality, reliable releases.
** Cloud Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring efficient, scalable operations.
** Continuous Improvement: Encourage team learning and the adoption of innovative tools and technologies.
Requirements:
** 6+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with a focus on Node.js, React, TypeScript.
** Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, SQS).
** Strong skills in scalable API design and development.
** Background in CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
** Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
** Ability to lead technical decisions and take ownership of significant projects.
** Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to Have:
** Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
** Familiarity with Python and AWS SageMaker.
** Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
