What will you do:
** Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures;
** Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheet and attendance records;
** Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
** Ensure proper documentation for HR processes, including employment contracts and performance reviews;
** Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis as needed, including absenteeism, turnover, Position changes and Trainings & Development.
** Help organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
What you`ll need to fulfill this role:
** Up to 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
** Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
** Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
** Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
