Responsibilities:
** Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using PHP.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
** Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
** Implement and maintain secure data handling and integration practices.
** Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
** Contribute to designing and implementing scalable architectures.
** Debug, test, and troubleshoot existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
** Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
** Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
** Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure modern, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
** 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on PHP.
** Expertise in modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter).
** Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
** Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks
** Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems.
** Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
** Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
** Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have:
** Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
** Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
** Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for better backend integration.
** Certification in PHP frameworks or cloud platforms.
