MTG is announcing a vacancy for the Financist role.
Working Hours: 16:00-00:00 (Monday-Friday)
Job Description:
** Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes;
** Handling incoming invoices in our Accounts Payable portal (upload, review, checking to re-charge, booking, keep overview of pending invoices to process, weekly reporting);
** Handling mailbox in our Accounts Receivable portal (answer emails, send out reminders, preparation for corrections, weekly reporting);
** Contact the broker in case of necessity;
** Contribute to budget planning and monitoring activities;
** Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency.
Requirements:
** Fluency in English is a must;
** Computer skills - good knowledge of office software;
** Analytical skills;
** Previous studies in finance, accounting or related field.
Personal Skills:
** Punctuality and high sense of responsibility;
** Time management;
** Ability to work under pressure;
** Detail oriented;
** Both individual and a team player.
