NGO Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) Country Office Georgia is announcing Invitation To Tender (ITT) for purchasing of 1 (one) Vehicles.
Tenderers shall send requested tender documentation in locked envelopes by DHL post to the address as per below:

Tender documentation shall be sent via DHL, UPS or provided by currier service no later than 14:00hrs, on 22nd of November, 2024.
During the tendering process questions can be sent for clarification to the email provided as per below: tender.geo2005@asb.ge.
After tender closing date (25th of November 2024), tender evaluation committee will evaluate all bids and decide the winner.
In order to participate in the tender, tenderer shall send requested tender documentation:
** Renumeration table - Annex 1;
** Full technical specification of the offered product;
Via DHL, UPS or currier service to the address indicated above.
The Proposed products shall fully comply to the specification provided in the Annex 1.
General Tender requirements:
Lead time: lead time for delivery of requested products shall be no more than 14 calender days after signing the contract;
Incoterms: DDP Georgia, Tbilisi;
The release date of the car is no later than 2024
