Position Overview:
Carrefour Georgia is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team. This mid-level management role focuses on driving the company`s marketing and communication strategy, managing public relations activities, and enhancing Carrefour`s brand reputation in Georgia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing marketing and communication initiatives that enhance Carrefour`s brand presence in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
** Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support business goals and enhance brand visibility.
** Public Relations Management: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive coverage of Carrefour Georgia`s activities and initiatives.
Media Outreach: Draft press releases, news articles and campaign briefs and media kits; manage press events and handle media inquiries to ensure accurate and timely communication.
** Crisis Communication: Assist in managing crisis communication efforts and clear messaging during challenging situations.
** Brand Coordination: Work to maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication materials, both internally and externally.
** Event Coordination: Organize and manage marketing events, including in-store promotions, video shooting, community engagement initiatives.
** Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
** Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including commercial, operations, and digital teams, to ensure marketing strategies are effectively integrated across the business.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. / Master`s Degree preferred
2- 3 years of professional experience in the field.
** Strong communication skills and excellent writing skills in Georgian and English
** English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
** Proficient in computer operations (excel, word,)
** Excellent Skills in Power Point
** Analytical and problem solving skills
** Organized with sense of priorities
** A proactive, creative, and results-driven approach to work.
