The National Erasmus+ Office in Georgia, under the mandate of the European Commission, is offering a paid internship opportunity for an Administrative Support Intern.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Position: Administrative Support Intern
Responsibilities:
** Provide administrative support for NEO events and daily office operations.
** Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation and records.
** Contribute to logistical planning and implementation of NEO events
** Assist in translation tasks (Georgian-English)
** Aid in preparing reports and surveys
** Provide additional support to the NEO Coordinator and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
** Strong command of English (C1) and Georgian languages.
** University Graduates or students in their final year of a bachelor`s program, preferably in fields like Business, Management, Finance, Social Sciences, or related areas.
** Interest in office administration and project coordination.
** Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
** Experience with financial reporting, especially in Excel, is a big plus.
** Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
** Work Modality: Part-time (Flexible hours to be agreed upon)
** Compensation: 400 GEL (NET)
