Main duties:
** Preparing the company`s legal documentation, correspondence, internal acts, providing legal consultations;
** Analysis of agreements (in Georgian, Russian languages), examination, making changes. drawing up individual agreements based on basic forms, writing specific conditions in them;
** Compilation of founding documents, amendments thereto, minutes of the meeting and other corporate documents, ensuring execution, registration in the registering authority as needed;
** Registration, systematization and storage of contracts, orders and other internal documentation;
** Within the scope of competence, representing the company and protecting its interests in relations with natural and legal persons, representation in state bodies, in the National Public Registry Agency; in the courts of all instances, with the notary;
** If necessary, representation in investigative bodies.
** Constant control of current innovations in the legal base of the country and use in the work process;
** Production of business correspondence (in Georgian, English);
** Independent organization of work and appropriate accountability to the direct supervisor.
Basic requirements:
** Higher education in Law, Membership of the Georgian Bar Association is mandatory.
** At least 5 years of working experience as a lawyer is necessary;
** Knowledge of Russian is given special importance;
** Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the field of medical field law.
