ExpatHub Legal and Tax is a Tbilisi-based law firm. We provide legal and tax services to foreign businesses and individuals that have relocated to Georgia or have a branch office here.
We are looking for an English-speaking Legal Intern. Your primary role will be working side by side with our legal team.
Location: 35 Lavrenti Ardaziani street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0160.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 18:00.
Salary: 650 GEL per month, gross.
Job description:
** Researching changes in relevant areas of law and briefing the team.
** Assisting the team with processing our clients` legal residency applications, real estate transactions, business registrations, etc.
** Assisting in drafting contracts, modifications, attachments, etc.
** Accompanying the clients to the Public Service Hall, Revenue Service, commercial banks, and notary bureaus, and helping them with applications and registrations as well as with communications with Georgian-speaking persons.
** Preparing information and documents for the meetings and submissions indicated above.
** Following up with updates on the status of applications and registrations.
** Handling client communications via email and/or phone.
** Assisting our team on other legal and customer-related matters.
Qualifications:
** A fourth-year law student, or a recent law graduate, with the desire and willingness to learn.
** Excellent written & verbal English.
** General computer skills.
** B2 level (or higher) English certificate will be considered as an advantage.

** Ability to communicate effectively.
** Detail orientation.
